How has your day been? I am exhausted and it is only Tuesday! I had a tough weekend of Calculus midterm cramming and didn't get a lot of r&r. Here are a few things that help me destress but mostly make me happy!
One of my favourite green teas. A mix of green tea, spearamint and lemongrass. Very Zen.
This wallflower scent from Bath&BodyWorks in Ecalyptus, Spearamint, which I love! It doesn't smell toothpasty just calm and refreshing.....like as if you were at one of those outdoor spas being smothered in a soothing wrap while listening to the sounds of the rainforest around you.......I think eucalyptus grows in the desert, but anyhow...you know what I mean. :)

This is one of those blank journals that I couldn't resist buying! I love the message....although I don't know what I am going to do with it...I never really write in these things and I don't want to mess it up, what do I do with it!? I think I need a cupcake.
